We are currently seeking an experienced Planner / Scheduler to support the delivery of a major mining project. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining an integrated project schedule across multiple workstreams, contractors, vendors and owner's team stakeholders. This position will suit a highly organised planning professional who can confidently engage with senior project stakeholders and provide accurate, executive-level reporting on project performance and schedule health. The Opportunity Working within a project delivery team, you will be responsible for consolidating schedules from vendors, contractors and owner's team personnel to create and maintain a single integrated master schedule. You will play a critical role in identifying schedule risks, managing critical path activities, and providing clear visibility of project progress to project leadership and executive stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain and manage an integrated project schedule across all project work packages Collate and integrate vendor, contractor and owner's team schedules into a master project schedule Monitor schedule performance and progress against baseline plans Identify critical path activities and potential schedule constraints Proactively identify schedule risks and provide recovery and mitigation strategies Produce high-quality monthly schedule updates, reporting packs and dashboards Provide accurate progress reporting for Project Managers, General Managers and Executive Leadership teams Facilitate planning and schedule review meetings with project stakeholders Ensure schedule integrity, accuracy and alignment across all project interfaces About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess: Previous experience as a Planner / Scheduler on major mining or resources projects Demonstrated experience working on large-scale capital, sustaining capital, infrastructure or processing projects Strong experience developing and managing integrated project schedules Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project Demonstrated ability to identify critical path activities, schedule risks and recovery opportunities Experience preparing executive-level project reporting and dashboards Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal communication and stakeholder engagement abilities Team-oriented approach with the confidence to engage across multiple stakeholder groups What's on Offer FIFO 8/6 roster Competitive market rates Paid Weekly Long-term opportunity with potential for extension Flights from Perth, Brisbane or Darwin If you are an experienced mining project planner who enjoys working across complex project interfaces and delivering high-quality project controls outcomes, we would like to hear from you.
